Terms and Conditions of Website & Souvenir Programme Use:
For the purpose of this text the phrase "we", "us" or "our" hereinafter shall refer to Mayfair Sporting Ltd, the associated Websites and all agents thereof. For the purpose of this text the term "you" "your", "user" or "users" hereinafter shall refer to any person or group collective, company, business or individual using, viewing, reading or otherwise connecting to the website(s) known as www.mayfairsportingclub.com or any other Website howsoever connected to "us". All information provided/served by us is for general usage of subscribed and unsubscribed users alike.

No reasonability shall be taken as to the validity of information provided.

Terms and Conditions of Website & Souvenir Programme Advertising:
Orders: space will only be reserved upon receipt of a signed or online booking confirmation. By signing/making this booking confirmation you confirm the details attached are accurate and complete. If you require us to use your purchase order number you must supply the number at the time of confirmation.

VAT: all prices are subject to VAT. If you require charity zero rating, you must supply a declaration at the time of confirmation.

Payment terms: you will be invoiced when we receive your signed booking confirmation. Unless specified in writing on the booking confirmation, payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice.

Agencies: agency discount will only be applied if explicitly mentioned on the booking confirmation. If you subsequently use an agency you will be responsible for any charges they make.

Cancellations: all cancellations must be communicated prior to your booking being made live. If you do not cancel the order prior to going live you will be required to pay for the advertising space booked. If you wish to cancel you will be issued a cancellation number, this is for your records and proof of cancellation.

Artwork: it is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork (text and images) arrives before the copy deadline. Please ensure that all artwork submitted is well protected; we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to artwork while in transit or in our possession. We reserve the right to refuse advertisements containing unsuitable material.

Proofs: you must check carefully and report any amendments or errors immediately to us. We cannot accept responsibility for any consequential losses arising as a result of errors or omissions in advertisements or editorial.

From time to time Mayfair Sporting Club Ltd will notify its customers of special offers and incentives. Your e-mail address will never be passed on to third parties without your prior consent. You may opt-out of this service by indicating your wishes on any Web Advertisiment booking form.

Terms and Conditions of Magazine Advertising.
Orders: space will only be reserved upon receipt of a signed or emailed Booking Confirmation. By signing this Booking Confirmation you confirm the details therein are accurate and complete. If you require us to use your purchase order number you must supply the number at the time of confirmation.

VAT: all prices are subject to VAT. If you require charity zero rating, you must supply a declaration at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations: all cancellations must be made in writing at least 18 days before the publication date. If you do not cancel the order within 18 days before publication, or if your artwork does not arrive by the copy deadline, you will be required to pay for the advertising space booked. If you wish to cancel you will be issued a cancellation number, this is for your records and proof of cancellation.

Distribution: while we make every effort to ensure the continuity of our distribution, we reserve the right to amend publication dates and distribution patterns without notice.

Credit terms: Payment is due by the date of publication or 7 days of date of invoice whichever is earlier.

Terms and Conditions of Table and seat sales:
If the client wishes to cancel within 30 days of the day of the event they will be liable for the full cost of the event.      
If the client wishes to cancel between 90 and 30 days prior to the event they will be liable to pay 70% of the minimum total cost.
